Section 8 has a 30 day warranty on all airsoft guns. We try to accomodate all of our customers by testing the guns before they leave the store. If there is a problem with the gun prior to the 30 days, send it back to us and we will determine what the problem is and repair it. All warranty work and replacement parts will be free of charge and the gun will be sent back to you with no freight charges. If the warranty department determines that the gun was abused and or neglected in any way, shape or form the warranty will be void. You will be contacted and an explanation will be given as to why we will not warranty the item and we will wait for your further instruction on how to proceed before repairs are completed.
