In consideration of Section 8 Sports furnishing services and/or equipment to enable me to participate in Airsoft games, I agree as follows.
- I am 18 years of age or older.
- I understand that it is my responsibility as a buyer, not the responsibility of Section 8 Sports, to ascertain, and obey any local, or provincial, or federal laws regarding the possession and use of any item on this site.
- I agree that I will use this product in a lawful manner, and not use any product purchased from Section 8 Sports in the connection with any criminal offence or other crime.
- I fully understand and acknowledge that risks and dangers exist in my use of Airsoft products and my participation in Airsoft activities. My participation in such activities and/or use of such products may result in my injury or illness. I hereby assume all risk and dangers and all responsibility for any losses or damages, whether caused in whole or part by negligence or conduct of any person.
- I agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Section 8 Sports and its owner(s), agent(s), officers and employees from any and all claims, actions, or losses of bodily, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services or otherwise which may arise out of my use of Airsoft products or my participation in Airsoft activities. I specifically understand that I am releasing, discharging and waiving any claims or actions that I may have presently or in the future for the negligent acts or other conduct by the owners, agents, officers, or employees of Section 8 Sports.
- I understand that all sales are final and no items may be exchanged or returned unless covered by manufacture warranty which covers against manufacture defects and workmanship. Manufactors warranty will not cover the following:
- Damage from neglect, abuse or misuse
- Any alterations such as painting or upgrading
- Damages as a result of internal modifications of any kind
- Damage from poor quality BBs, or batteries
- Shipping and handling charges
- Damages as a result of shipping
- I understand that i must obtain a RMA # Return Merchandise Authorization before returning any or all products which might be covered under manufacturer's warranty. All returns must be in original packaging, including all parts, accessories and manuals. The original invoice must accompany the package.
I have carefully read the above Waiver and Release, I agree that it is my intention to exempt and relieve Section 8 Sports from liability for personal injury, property damage or wrongful death caused by negligence or any other cause.
